This is an easy 5 star for me, great fresh food, amazing daily special value @ $8.95 (+ the purchase of a drink), BIG portions. Neighbours are lucky to live near here, I'd be here once a week! Had the Souvlaki dinner this time, coming back for the Steak on a Monday night baby!

This is an awesome family restaurant! Some of the best prices for lunch & dinner in the Lower Mainland for around $10-$16 for a meal. There Monday to Thursday dinner special from 5-9:30pm cost $8.95 plus with purchase of one drink. I highly recommend you go to X-Site grill & bistro.

This place is a hidden Gem only not so hidden. We went for chicken souvlaki on the specials day (Wednesday) got 2 and took 2 extra meals home, 1 pop and 3 specialty martinis and the bill was $60 . The food NEVER disappoints so fresh and delicious!!
