Another White Rock gem that took me way too long to try! Really nice staff and vibe here. It’s so hard to find spots that compare to service and standards of Vancouver and Wooden Spoon does not disappoint! We came for a birthday lunch/brunch and it was pretty busy for a weekday. The service was great. The food was delicious and the drinks were great. We are vegan + gluten free and dairy free + gluten free so there isn’t too much for us on the menu, but that’s ok. Unfortunately in 2024 it’s still a struggle to find restaurants that cater to non soy + gluten eating vegans + dairy free peeps. I would definitely come here again. It’s seems like a really awesome local spot to have some awesome food and drinks!

Service 4/5 Staff are kind and attentive. They nicely asked us to leave after about two hours of dining time saying people were waiting. We understood and settled the bill. But there were empty tables so not really sure why they rushed us. Ambience 5/5 Very cute Return likelihood: yes if I am in the area again as it’s quite far away from my neighborhood

This charming spot boasts extremely friendly staff and delicious food. Despite being busy, we were seated quickly. Conveniently located on the way to the beach, it exudes a cool and inviting vibe.
