First time in Nanimo, and was fortunate to find this authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Service is quick and friendly. The pho was tasty, good quality, and good portion. I like that they have a spring roll or salad roll combo with a pho. Great for one person, instead of ordering a full side. I will definitely be trying their Vancouver location as well.

Wow, I've been here twice now and really impressed with the quality of the food, it's authentic, fresh and fabulous value. Delicious! The service is friendly, attentive and make you feel like family. I highly recommend this restaurant. They have their first location in Vancouver and have been in business for many years so they know what they are doing. There's a Vietnamese store attached to the restaurant so you can get ingredients and Vietnamese staples. We were able to get fresh jackfruit and the rambutan looked amazing. I can't wait to go back!

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Nanaimo. That's no hyperbole or overreaction. We are ridiculously lucky this is here. The owner is from north Vietnam, which adds a different element to the food (most places in Canada are southern Vietnamese -- which is also great food). They don't cut corners striving to make things taste as much like it does in Vietnam; big plates of herbs, very strong iced coffee and deep rich soup broths.
