A Fairy-Tale Beginning
Once upon a time, vegetarian options were scarce. Three brave Swiss brothers, Christian, Daniel, and Reto Frei, dared to dream of a fresh and delicious vegetarian buffet. With the guidance of Rolf Hiltl, owner of the legendary Haus Hiltl, they opened the first tibits in 2000.
A United Vision
Today, tibits has grown to 11 locations in Switzerland and 1 in Germany, still closely tied to the Hiltl family. Together, they share a passion for innovative vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
