Customer Reviews

As a big lover of salmon I had to give this restaurant a shot and was left incredibly satisfied. I didn’t book in advance but was lucky enough to immediately get a table. The service was very welcoming and the food I received was just incredible! I opted to go for menu one and was amazed - the sashimi tasted fresh and really good and the grilled salmon was delicious as well! Definitely a must-go in my opinion! I will visit again. :)
Great dinner, highly recommend it! Not only the food is delicious (both salmon and halibut were amazing) but I really liked the information centre where you can learn more about acquacolture in Norway. Our waitress was incredibly nice. As other reviews say: it’s highly recommended to book in advance (you can do it online, it’s a super easy process)
You can't leave Oslo without trying salmon. I made a reservation three days in advance; otherwise, it would have been impossible to find a spot. Located by the seaside, it felt quite local despite being a bit touristy. The interior is like a sience museum, with everything about salmon, from production to consumption, displayed on large screens and signs. It's worth spending five to ten minutes before your meal to understand why Norwegian salmon is considered the best in the world—it involves meticulous effort and dedication. As for the meal, I had the grilled salmon, which was perfectly cooked and delicious. One of the kids had the salmon soup and loved it, finishing the whole bowl. We also tried the sushi platter and oysters, all of which were incredibly fresh and tasty. The cocktails were good as well. I highly recommend not leaving Oslo without eating here.
