Customer Reviews

One of the best restaurants in Lisbon, if not Europe. Best Portuguese cuisine truly reflective of the diversity in ingredients of the local supermarkets. Octopus was fresh and infused with a sweet smoky pepper sauce, paired with a rich sweet potato mash, which was so good on its own that we ordered another serving. Amazing tuna and fried squid as well, on top of the homey oxtail stew and hearty burger. Everything was perfect. I strongly recommend to book before coming, as seats are limited, but the food is worth waiting for.
Food was amazing, more like modern Portuguese food that we enjoyed thoroughly after 2 weeks in Portugal. This was our fave Portuguese restaurant. Each dish was unique and flavourful. I would def recommend and come back again! Just know that there are only 7 tables so it’s very very small but worth the wait. Make a reservation online.
We came here twice during our trip in Lisbon without reservation. The restaurant was full but the staff was kind enough to fit us in. The place is quite small but cozy, the food was really good. We recommend ordering aubergine with smoked yogurt, Portuguese cabbage, garlic prawns/ray and white sangria. If you cant book a table online, you can try coming here around 10pm.
