- Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan
- Trained at TSUJI culinary school
- Experienced chef with positions in Tokyo, Banff, Canmore, and Kelowna
- Passionate about cooking and sharing Japanese cuisine with the community
Tomo Ishizaka – Co-Owner, Manager
- Born in Yamagata, Japan
- Moved to Canada with Takeshi in 2001
- Enjoys the challenges of operating SOY Asian Fusion
- Loves cooking, eating, and drinking!
