Sookjai in Victoria is our go-to spot for treating visiting family and friends to a memorable meal. The menu features a wide array of authentic Thai dishes, all bursting with fresh flavors and vibrant spices. We especially love the Pad Thai and Green Curry, which never fail to impress our guests.

If you don’t have a reservation, be ready to wait to eat the yummiest Thai food in about 1-1.5 hours after you waitlist yourself! Had some amazing green curry fried rice, coconut rice, great mango cocktails, noodles/pad Thai, fantastic tapioca and mango desserts too. Service was pretty quick.

I revisited Sookjai after a couple of years since my last visit. I noticed that the amount of bean sprouts in the crispy pork was smaller, but still tasty. The portion of chicken was a bit smaller than expected for the price, although the chicken itself was tender and juicy. Despite these minor issues, I would revisit to try other dishes like noodles.
