Customer Reviews

Well worth the visit! I had the vegetarian kubdari and my wife had the chanaki. We also split an order of mushroom khinkali. All of the food was delicious. There were so many great-sounding choices for meals that I am excited to come back and try more next time I am in Winnipeg.
My wife and I visited this place today. Atmosphere- very traditionally decorated restaurant with Georgian music playing in between. Service- Was excellent; the service was quick; cutlery was clean ; so was the table. The lighting was also nice ; not too dull or bright Food- we ordered Pkhali Platter with Lavashi bread. It was sooo tasty. The taste of spices infused was really worth it. Portion was good for two people. Next we ordered Khachapuri which is like a pizza with different cheese infused served with Satsebeli sauce which is a traditional Georgian Tomato sauce. It was good as well although I would recommend something else as this tastes similar to pizza. There are a lot of other vegetarian options which is one of the reasons we visited this restaurant. In dessert, we had cheese cake ( no egg).
This is another instance that if I could give more stars, I would. Especially for the service. Our server did an excellent job helping us navigate the menu and suggest dishes we might enjoy. We were those people that asked to be moved after we had been sat and the server was very accommodating. We ordered the meal for four and it was a LOT of food but if we hadn't done that we would have missed out on some excellent dishes. Like the bread. We would never have ordered the bread and most of the table voted it their favorite part of the meal. It was not an inexpensive meal but definitely worth it.
