Welcome to Salt & Brick: A Culinary Journey
In the heart of Kelowna, a passion project was born in 2017 when Casey Greabeiel and Craig Lewis took over Salted Brick, transforming it into a unique dining experience. By day, a quick-serve culinary destination, and by night, a wine bar showcasing smaller Okanagan wineries. The vision was clear: support local, know your wine, and innovate.
Chef James Holmes, affectionately known as “ChefyPoo,” joined the team, revolutionizing the menu with elevated share plates and a daily fresh sheet concept. After a renovation and rebrand in 2018, Salt & Brick emerged, featuring a vibrant atmosphere, iconic neon sign, and a focus on Okanagan’s most unique culinary adventure.
In 2020, Salt & Brick gained national attention after hosting Food Network’s John Catucci and his show, Big Food Bucket List. Today, Head Chef Erik Fassbind leads the team, proud of what they’ve achieved in their intimate 958 square foot space. Join us for a one-of-a-kind dining experience, where creativity meets passion, and every meal is a journey.
