Customer Reviews

We had a chance to get a reservation on our anniversary date. Our experience here was great! The staff was attentive from arrival to finish. He was very knowledgeable about their dishes and would recommend "what's new" in the menu as well. The food we ordered was very tasty and delicious. I really love the plating and how they would tell you about the food you ordered when they serve it to you. Just superb service. Walk-ins are almost not possible especially during the weekends. You must reserve earlier online if you want a specific date. But hey, the experience is going to be worth it.
I tried Published on Main for the first time last night and now see what the hype is all about. The service was incredible and the food was amazing. Each dish was presented so beautifully, like a piece of art. Our server also made some great recommendations. Overall it was a great experience. I understand why they got a Michelin star.
For a restaurant so highly rated, they definitely didn't disappoint. Each dish was great except for the pork BBQ and cheese. Other than that, I felt like one of those anime characters in those cooking shows, my tongue exploding with stars. It's also a work of art, and the servers were very attentive, changing the plates when they get dirty with sauce. It was just the right place for a special dinner with my family.
