Palette Rooftop Bar Menu – Moncton

Not my normal kind of spot, if you’re looking for a place to catch up with friends and family with great drinks and food it’s well worth it. The music is loud at first but once you settle into the atmosphere it works really nice to give privacy to individual conversations while giving great vibes to relax to. Mel is the floor manager and made a point to go to different tables and our own to make sure we were happy with our experience and made a conscious effort to make sure that every patron was enjoying their experience. The servers are attentive and on the ball when it comes to orders and customers. The food and drinks were timely and absolutely delicious I majorly recommend the cauliflower for two people for vegetarian dishes and the braised beef for something meatier, the balance on both dishes is incredible. The drinks were incredible and novel for someone who doesn’t go out very often, every drink I tried was exactly what it said on the tin, very well balanced and crafted cocktails with various choices for all palettes, haha, I enjoyed everything I tried and we rammed through the menu between 4 people. Come here to enjoy a lively atmosphere and great food and drinks paired with attentive service.
