About Our Beef: Preparation
We age our beef in-house for several weeks, allowing enzymes to naturally break down the muscle tissue. The result is exceptional flavor that simply melts in your mouth.
Our beef is then hand-cut in our kitchen, allowing us to select only the best parts from each cut. Unused cuts are ground to produce what is arguably the best burger in the city!
