Everything was perfect from start to finish. We reserved the 6 course tasting menu and I can't say enough about it. The service was top notch and the staff knew every component and ingredient in every phenomenal dish. From the lingcod ceviche, agnolotti and pork, beets 3 ways, divine sole fish and pig blood ice cream... I added in the wine tasting menu and every sample was a perfect match to blight the course. Every dish was perfect and my tastebuds are still reminiscing 16 hours later. It was just amazing - I can't wait to go back. My only statement, please get comfortable seats to sit. When having a 2 hour+ meal, wooden bench seats became extremely uncomfortable for us to sit on.
Seriously this was the place that had the best food in Victoria. It was so good we asked if we could have second helpings of certain dishes. Since we were visiting from the states, we knew we had to eat as much as we could since we can’t come to this restaurant easily.
