Was looking for a quick dinner and came in close to closing and they still served me with a smile. It was my first time here so I decided to order the Chau’s Nagasaki Jjamppong. It did not disappoint. Very flavorful and seasoned beautifully. I do not know how to cook this item nor the methods used to complete the dish. But it had a wonderful wok flavor that was imparted to the soup base. I do not know if I wok was even used to cook it. The chasu was soft and chewy. The vegetables included in the broth was a nice surprise. I pretty munched finished off the soup base. Highly recommend and would come back. The gentleman server was really nice.

Being from SoCal I had pretty high expectations but they delivered. The rice was fresh, the krab was tasty, and the fish tasted good. They didn't had things like pickled wasabi or more exotic fish. What they do have is a great atmosphere and fresh, well cut sushi.

I called in en route to my ferry reservation, said I was tight for time and had not seen the menu yet. Quickly walked me through finding three items over the phone that I would like, and prepared my order even faster than the 15 minutes they said they needed. Now I’m sitting here on time in the line up with the first bite of my first roll and a moan audibly escaped my lips in a food orgasm. I don’t review often, but I would give six stars if I could. If you have a choice of sushi spots from which to pick, pick this one.
