This was our second time at the restaurant and having the Tasting Menu. Both times the staff welcoming us in and getting us situated were attentive and friendly. Our servers were knowledgeable and paced our meal at a leisurely pace. The cocktails are inventive and tasty. Each course of the tasting menu was delicious but the oysters remain a favourite. Dessert was fabulous. We will definitely return and most likely have the Tasting Menu yet again. The photos do not do the food justice. It is dark in the restaurant which sets a nice ambiance but not the greatest for taking photos.
Every single bite has so much thought and flavor put into it that I cannot form the perfect words to describe their greatness. On top of that, we were seated on the second level looking upon the bar which was seriously the best place in the house and provided all the ambience we needed for the night. Our waitress, Jamie, and the sommelier (I forgot to get his name 😔) were always on top of giving their best recommendations for flavors and pairings. We traveled all the way from Oregon for our anniversary and I would easily return any other time of the year.
Food is creative and very very enjoyable. Drinks are well made as well. They updated their menu once in awhile and that's great cause they experiment! They might close early if it is a slow day so best to call ahead if you are coming in late. Drinks are good as well. Nothing to complain about.
