Karahi King is the Indian equivalent of a small neighborhood restaurant, offering delicious traditional dishes prepared in a Karahi, a type of heavy-sided cooking pot. The term Karahi also refers to curries cooked in this manner. Our dishes are marinated with Karahi King’s special blend of spices and the freshest herbal ingredients to capture the authentic tastes of India. The food is then prepared in a Tandoor, a special clay oven where each dish is cooked over charcoal fires. Our Indian breads are freshly baked by placing them on the hot surface of the Tandoor.
