Customer Reviews

We had lunch at Eataly NYC Downtown before visiting the 9/11 Memorials, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious. We tried the spicy pizza and the spaghetti with clams and shrimps, both of which were amazing. Even though it's located in a shopping outlet, the atmosphere inside the restaurant was lively and enjoyable. There is also a store inside where you can buy a variety of Italian products. It was quite busy, but the food made it worth the wait. Highly recommended!
This place is AWESOME! It's a little overwhelming the first time you visit. There are so many areas to shop around and food stations to grab a meal. There is a little cafe for full service dining as well as a larger restaurant behind the fish section. We came 4-5 times within a couple of days. Once just to look around (spent over an hour just looking!) came back for wine and gelato. On another visit we each grabbed what we wanted for lunch - shrimp cocktail and fruit for my daughter, chicken Milanese sandwich on soft sesame roll for my husband and a slice of pizza (more like focaccia) with pesto, tomatoes and burrata and a glass of wine for me. We sat by the window in the coffee cafe area and people watched on the street. What a great way to spend your lunch time!! Another time we came back for pastries and more gelato and to shop. I wish we had one close to home, because this is my new favorite place!!!
All I can say is bring extra bags and money. I only went for busiate and Mole cola. Yeah, I went home with more. First, come hungry, they have everything from casual eating to fine dining. There's a bar and wine shop too. Endless amounts of pasta, cheese, salami, and desserts. Fresh pasta and fish too!
