Chopsticks On Pho Restaurant Menu

I recently dined here over Canada Day long weekend with my boyfriend and was thoroughly impressed. The barbeque chicken vermicelli dish with an added fried egg was exceptional—tender, flavorful, and beautifully balanced with lemon grass flavour. The fusion of modern and traditional Vietnamese flavors was spot-on. Service was top-notch—friendly and attentive. The ambiance was cozy, stylish, and Zen-like creating a relaxing and peaceful dining experience. We were so touched by the beautifully written story of the owners posted on the wall, adding a personal and heart felt touch to our visit. We can’t help but also noticed that they are giving back to the community every year on their anniversary. We asked our server and was told that Chopsticks has been around for 12 years now! The restaurant is so clean and new so we thought it was just recently opened..
