Chef Stella
Over the years, Chef Stella has made a name for herself at several renowned establishments in Lethbridge. Starting her career as a server, she always dreamed of opening her own restaurant. This dream began to take shape at Travaglias and flourished during her time at the Lethbridge Country Club, where she rose to the position of head chef. Along the way, she made many long-time friends and supporters who motivated her to turn her dream into a reality.
Growing up in an Italian household, much of her inspiration comes from her family. Mama Stella can often be seen working alongside Chef Stella at the diner, and it’s not uncommon to find the whole family pitching in. For Chef Stella, the diner is a family affair, and above all, it is the family that matters most!
Known for her fun-loving and comedic personality, Chef Stella has become beloved in Lethbridge for her warmth and compassion. Be sure to say “Hey Chef!” when you walk in, and you’ll be greeted with the big smile we all adore.
