Meet Our Chef & Owner
Our chef’s culinary journey began at just 13 years old, helping his mother in the kitchen and learning traditional home cooking skills. This early start sparked a passion that would drive his career. He pursued a degree in Hotel Management from Chitkara College, where he honed his culinary skills and gained a profound understanding of the industry.
International Experience
In 2010, our chef moved to Toronto, Canada, to study culinary arts at George Brown College. This exposure to international hospitality standards and practices was instrumental in shaping his expertise. After graduating, he worked as a line cook in downtown Toronto and went on to work in over 25 restaurants across Canada, including prominent establishments in Edmonton, Calgary, and Vancouver.
Leadership & Innovation
Throughout his career, our chef has held various roles, from opening staff to team leader, and has been involved in menu creation, staff hiring, and more. This diverse experience has equipped him with the skills to innovate and lead. With a desire to share his unique blend of traditional and fusion flavors, our chef embarked on his latest venture – Chatora.
