Service: its order at the counter and the perfect food is brought out to you. Its probably been like this forever and probably isnt changing. If this isnt your thing, don't come here. Atmosphere: nothing fancy, at all, because this isnt that kind of place. This place seems focused on providing great food at a reasonable price. If you are looking for atmosphere, go elsewhere; if looking for great food, come here. I appreciated the lovely picture of Grandpa on the wall.

The Perogy prince gave me the experience of a lifetime. Go visit him, you won't regret it... The perogies are also bomb.

Don’t know what any of the bad reviews are talking about because Cecil’s is simply THE BEST perogies and Ukrainian food in Kelowna. PERIOD. Everything is so authentic and mind bendingly delicious - and not to mention super generous portions. I have loved coming here since I was a little girl and I will never stop recommending it to people!!!! Run don’t walk to Cecil’s Perogies!!!!
