This is such a yummy place. It has been a long time since I’ve had Caribbean food with such flavor. The roti was just as good as the first one I had in Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago. The service is awesome, the prices are reasonable and the portions all you need. We can’t wait to go back and try something else on the menu.

This restaurant is highly rated on google maps for a reason! Owned and operated by family this small business should be your go to place in Fredericton DT! I kept going back to dine during my stay in Fredericton. My first days I tried Beef Ribs with high spice level and it was on point served with mashed potatoes and garden salad. Second day I tried Jamaican jerk chicken with high spice level which is served with Mac n cheese and rice! That too was spot on! Third visit I tried the chicken curry and just like my previous visits, this was spot on too! For the sides I tried chicken samosa, coconut shrimps and fruit iced tea. Everything that I tried at this place was spot on!

Caribbean Flavas was excellent! The restaurant was immaculate, the room was bright and there was fun music, the food was served hot, fresh, and fast, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We got the tapas plate and the chicken curry. I personally really loved the chicken samosas, but would absolutely order the chicken curry again. The fruit tea was a delicious complement to the food. 10/10 would return for both the company of staff and the food.
