They have the best Vietnamese pancake (bánh xèo) in the lower mainland, as thin as paper, super crunchy. This restaurant serves southern Vietnamese food, so in stead of pho, you should try their signature dish bún riêu (crab noodles soup). I also had the bean & jelly dessert (chè 4 màu), like it a lot! Will come back soon.

Very delicious food! My favourite is definitely the chicken wings, which are super crispy and moist! Quick and friendly service. Will be back to try more things!

Hidden gem that will probably be hidden no longer. The pho soup was super flavourful and the rice plate was amazing as well! The lemongrass chicken was great! There's usually a wait outside so be prepared to wait. Great taste, good price, friendly service. Would come again!
