Is the name of this terrace VUE standing for Visitors Ultimate (Bern) Experience? You have it straight in front of you what stands for the core of Bern...the Gurten and the Aare! Beside that, kind of decoration, you enjoy nice drinks (non alcoholic cocktails very recommended) and an excellent choice of dishes from the lunch card. Regional with a twist of something special.
The sea bass was purely excellent. The dessert wine is also a must-try. The waiter, Gabriel, was one of the best we've met. I highly recommend this place.
Upscale fine-dining restaurant inside the Bellevue hotel. Elegant Victorian-style dining room with a terrace. Friendly, professional service. Portion sizes are a bit small, but they make up for it in quality. On weekends, one can also enjoy the rich brunch buffet.
