Our journey began in 2001, when we left Paris for Canada, seeking a new adventure. After a brief stint in New Brunswick, we discovered Vancouver and fell in love with its warmth. A chance encounter led us to Bouchons Bistro, a beloved Kelowna institution, which we proudly acquired.

With 52 seats and a stellar reputation, Bouchons was the perfect canvas for our culinary vision. We enhanced the traditional menu with Parisian favorites and innovative vegan and vegetarian options, while maintaining the restaurant’s upscale charm.
