We love this franchise, and this location was not the exception, since the first beginning was nice, smooth and beautiful, the hostess gave us the opportunity to choose the bar or dinning room, the sever was nice, friendly and helpful, so 5 stars for the front staff. Food was perfect, chicken wings are always great, the onion soup was not lovely at first sight but then boom, we loved it. Finally the pizza was delicious, crunchy and tasty. We couldn’t have it all, but we will finish it at home. So 5 stars for the kitchen staff. Thank you. The definitely come back for more plates and delightful experiences.
We were very frustrated when we showed up. We showed up near the end of Happy hour, our server Vanessa was absolutely amazing, she made pleasant conversation to find out why we were upset, went out of her way to ensure that we were happy. I was not a huge fan of Bps before. When we are in Edm in that area again I will definitely save myself some time and go back again. Thank you for making our day have a happier ending.
First time visiting this location and if it weren't for the hostess, I may have provided a much lower rating. She was amazing - answered all my questions and she was very well versed on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and speed of service, which always makes for a very favorable customer service experience for me! I greatly look forward to returning and taking advantage of the phenomenal patio they have!
