Meet Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa
Our Chef’s passion for Spanish cuisine, particularly from Barcelona, drives his creativity. With extensive experience from top international kitchens, including:
- Evo (1* Michelin, Barcelona)
- El Celler de Can Roca (3* Michelin, Girona)
- Tippling Club (23º Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, Singapore)
Chef Henrique has developed unique projects, such as Cais da Pedra and the Time Out Market’s author kitchen. His restaurant, ALMA, earned a Michelin star in less than a year, and in 2017, he introduced Tapisco, a testament to his continued innovation and excellence.
