Customer Reviews

Our first (and only) encounter with smorrebrod. They were very elevated, with very unique flavours. We ordered 4 between the two of us - the salmon, pork, cabbage (upon recommendation from our waiter) and spiced herring. All were delicious but our favourite was the cabbage - just really unexpectedly delicious. Strawberry dessert was also great.
The sandwiches were beautifully arranged and a true treat for the eyes! Beware, though—they might look small but are very filling! A delightful dining experience that satisfies both visually and taste-wise. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy exquisite Danish cuisine.
Selma was top of my list of restaurants to visit during our short stay in Copenhagen. Several restaurant guides mentioned it as the go-to spot for an elevated take on Smørrebrød with very reasonable prices. We were lucky enough to walk in without a reservation for lunch. Lovely service, atmosphere, and the food was exactly what I hoped it would be; unpretentious and delicious. They have definitely earned their Bib Gourmand distinction. Still thinking about this space and this food weeks later!
