Salmon n’ Bannock Restaurant Menu

They got game! It was a beautiful experience at Salmon ‘n’ Bannock. The servers are very attentive but not overbearing. They seemed to be genuinely friendly people who enjoy their work place. The food is stellar. There aren’t any vegan options and only a few vegetarian… however, if one intends to come to an indigenous restaurant and not try the complete riches of the land they are truly missing out. The all the game meats were outstanding and was only surpassed with how filling they were. Among two grown men we shared a soup and a charcuterie board then had separate entrees. We were stuffed with no from for desert. This restaurant is a must for all Vancouverites and should be on the list for anyone wanting to try heightened Canadian indigenous cuisine.
