Pork Back Ribs
We’ve been told by many folks our ribs are the best they’ve ever tasted! We smoke ’em slow over hickory smoke and only sauce them when you order them. They’re just tender enough to fall right off the bone, but still have the right amount of pull when you bite into them.

We proudly serve a coffee blend created by our local fire department, with a portion of every sale going back as a donation to the department. It’s fresh-brewed, so you know it’s great!

We’ve partnered with Grandma’s Oven to bring you locally crafted, handmade pastries and baked goods daily. From classic breads and buns, to maple fritters, mini donuts, and butterhorns, you’ll never have to worry about where you’re going to have breakfast again!

We are thrilled to announce our new permanent home in Lethbridge at 317-4th Street South. Our Stirling location closed in November 2022 to facilitate this move to Lethbridge.
